These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Royal Grand Bake Shop website and or products. In these Terms and Conditions, “us”, “we”, “our”, "Royal Grand Bake Shop". By purchasing one of our products, you are agreeing to the following terms:

PRICING

All pricing is in American dollars ($,USD). Appropriate sales tax will be applied to your final order when and where applicable. If paying by credit card, a 3.5% transaction fee will be added to your total.

ORDERS POLICY

Ordering

All orders require full pre-payment to reserve a desired date in our baking schedule. Once we receive and finalize the details of your order you will be sent an invoice with payment options. All major credit cards are accepted using a secure online payment form. Credit card payments will be charged a 3.5% transaction fee that will be added to your invoice along with the appropriate sales tax when and where applicable.

Order Cancellations/Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our baked goods and upfront costs incurred, we are unable to issue refunds.

Order Changes

Changes are permissible to an order up to 5 days prior to the scheduled pick up time. All changes must be submitted directly to hello@royalgrandbakeshop.com.

ARTISTIC LICENSE DISCLAIMER

Quality and aesthetically beautiful and delicious baked goods are always our highest priority at Royal Grand Bake Shop. That said, all our baked goods are handmade and unique, so no two may always look exactly the same. None of our products will ever necessarily replicate or look identically like another photo on our website.

PICK-UP POLICY

You may pick up your order at our bakeshop in Castleberry Hill. Otherwise, we will contact you once your order has been placed to determine a convenient pick up location in Atlanta. Royal Grand Bake Shop is not responsible for damage that may occur to an order after pick up or delivery. Royal Grand Bake Shop takes all care and effort to ensure the integrity and quality of all products. All orders that leave our kitchen are created with the highest care possible. Once an order is received by a customer from the Royal Grand Bake Shop premises or otherwise agreed upon pickup location, we relinquish all responsibility for an order's condition and appearance. We no longer have control over the appearance of the product. We provide all customers with care and handling instructions verbally. If an order is damaged during transit or anywhere that is not on the Royal Grand Bake Shop premises, it is at the discretion of Royal Grand Bake Shop to remedy accidental customer damage. If an order is not collected by a customer, Royal Grand Bake Shop is unable to provide a refund for the order.

DELIVERY POLICY

Royal Grand Bake Shop offers a delivery service for a fee for larger catering orders to select areas around metro-Atlanta. This delivery service will guarantee a customer’s order arrives in pristine condition, as intended by Royal Grand Bake Shop. We will repair or remedy any damage, if it occurs in transit with the Royal Grand Bake Shop delivery service. Our delivery service is subject to the delivery location and the availability of our driver and requires approval from Royal Grand Bake Shop. If we are able to deliver to your location, we will arrange for the order to be delivered to the address provided. We cannot guarantee delivery by the chosen time-slot due to factors outside of control, such as traffic, although we’ll try to get there on time. Payment for all deliveries must be made in full online before the order leaves our kitchen. We will not be able to wait at delivery locations if there is no authorized person to receive the order. Customers must ensure a person is available to receive a delivery during the time slot chosen. In the event where the courier arrives at a location and is not able to deliver the product, the courier will not be able to wait, and will return the product to Royal Grand Bake Shop’s premises, at the customer's expense. Once a product is delivered and signed by an authorized person, Royal Grand Bake Shop releases all responsibility for the condition of the product. Royal Grand Bake Shop is unable to provide a refund for the order.

Royal Grand Bake Shop will not be held responsible for the condition of an order once it has been received by the venue.
